“My ambition to be governor in 2023 is not an exception to my philosophy of fighting for the general good of the people but also driven by the same passion. This is why God has kept me relevant in politics in addition to my philosophy of playing politics devoid of bitterness.” He explained.
The Governorship aspirant, further expliained to the delegates of Isi-Uzo that this is the appointed time for an Isi-Uzo man to govern Enugu State adding, “if this is not done now, there is no equity, no fairness and justice would have been murdered irredeemably”.
He promised that if the leader of the party in the State, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and the good people of Enugu State finds him worthy to occupy the Lion building seat, he will do justice to all men with quality leadership irrespective of where they come from.
Edeoga assured them that Isi-Uzo and Enugu State will be proud of his leadership just like they are with the peaceful and people oriented leadership style of Governor Ugwuanyi, noting that “he will consolidate and sustain the gains of Governor Ugwuanyi’s administration and even improve on them greatly”.
He said, “I will serve the State with good faith and fear of God if given the opportunity”.
