Enugu AP guber candidate felicitates with Nigerians on democracy day
The Accord Party candidate for Enugu State, Barr. John Nwobodo has sent message of congratulations to the citizens of of the state and Nigerians at large on the 2022 democracy day celebration.
He urged Nigerians to vote wisely in 2023 in order to avoid the pitfalls of the past, adding that Nigerians have endured serious hardship due to bad governance.
“As Nigeria marks 23 years of unbroken democratic rule since the fourth republic, I felicitate with Nigerians on this epoc occasion which reminds of the end to military tyranny on 29th May, 1999.
“Although the journey has been tough and rough yet we have reasons to be grateful to God for his grace without which we wouldn’t have survived the hardship brought upon us by bad leaders.
“However, 2023 provides an ample opportunity for a complete turnaround at all levels particularly in Enugu when by the grace of God I am elected as the Governor of our dear State, ” he said.
